Five adjacent symbols begin a cascading cluster

Aztec Clusters places matching symbols on a six-by-eight field. Five or more identical neighbours joined horizontally or vertically pay, disappear and allow replacements to fall. Winning positions gain cell multipliers starting at two times and increasing by two to ten. In the base game these marks last for the refill sequence. The published configuration lists 97.00% RTP, very high volatility and a 10,000x maximum multiplier.

Dig-up effects alter the emptied positions

After a cluster disappears, Dig-up can reveal a Scatter, Sticky Wild, Booster or Destroyer. A Booster adds two to activated cells and ten to Wilds. A Destroyer clears low symbols without paying for the removal. Wild multipliers can increase by ten for wins involving them, up to one hundred; they exclude Scatters, Boosters and Destroyers from substitution.

Sticky Wilds and cells persist longer in Free Spins

Three, four, five or six Scatters award ten, twelve, fifteen or twenty Free Spins. Triggering Scatters become Sticky Wilds or ten-times cells, and multiplier positions persist for the bonus. Direct purchases differ by their guaranteed starting Wild count; Wild Spin is a separate paid base-game option. Both supplied studio boards show bonus multipliers, rather than an ordinary unmarked starting field. Their displayed wins are manufacturer examples.
