What we check, and how far we have got
- The bonus as the casino itself states it. We read it on the
casino's own promotions or terms page, not off a banner. Most bonus figures here
were read that way; a few still come from another listing or from our own older
pages and have not been re-read yet. None of the welcome offers has been confirmed by
an operator.
- The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active. 58 casino
pages show one. Nearly all of them were read in the casino's own bonus rules or help
pages, a few still come from another listing, and no operator has confirmed any of them.
Treat the figure as a guide and look at the rules before you play with a bonus.
- Which countries a casino excludes. For 62 of
75 casinos we read the list of excluded countries in the casino's own terms,
and the casino page shows it. At 9 further casinos we could not read such a list, but a block page
told us that access from Germany is not allowed. Where we have neither, the casino page says
nothing about countries — a missing list does not mean a casino accepts you. Most of the casinos we list do not take players from the United Kingdom:
60 of 75 name it among the excluded countries in their own terms.
Read the terms before you deposit: a welcome offer is worth nothing if your country is
on that list.
- Which payment methods work for deposits and for withdrawals.
For 44 of the 69 casinos with a payment list we read the methods on the
casino's own site; the other lists still come from our older pages or another
listing. At 23 casinos the methods we read apply to one country or to a
payments page that does not say where it applies, so there we list only the methods
that also appear on our earlier list — which methods you get depends on your country. Deposit and withdrawal lists
are not always the same, and the difference matters more than the length of either.
- How to reach player support. For 72 of 75 casinos
we collected the support email address.
- A payout percentage for the casino only where a test report exists.
An independent lab report covers 5 of the casinos we list; their figures appear
on our non-sticky page together with the lab and the period tested. We do not show
a casino-wide payout figure for any other casino.
What we do when a value is missing
We leave the line out. A missing line is honest; an invented one is not.
For most figures on a casino page we keep a note of where it came from and when we read
it. Almost none of them are confirmed: only 3 values on the whole site are
marked as confirmed. Everything else is what we read ourselves on the casino's site, what
another listing said or what our older pages said, and the pages do not mark each
unconfirmed figure one by one. We do not invent a number to fill a gap.
Where a term is unconfirmed, check it directly with the casino before depositing. Sources and dates help distinguish recorded information from current account-specific availability.
Some figures still come from our own older pages and have not been re-read at the casino. Counted by casino page: payment lists (14), withdrawal lists (11), languages (3) and minimum deposits (1). We replace them as we go through each casino again.
How the ranking works
LuckyWins is featured first by editorial choice. This placement is not a numerical rating or a claim that it is best for every player. The remaining order uses our existing editorial list and historic readership, with similar brands and offers separated where possible. Paused brands are excluded from promotional lists.
Casino links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission when you sign up through one. Compare bonus conditions, payment routes and country restrictions in the individual reviews. We do not currently publish a scored rating system.
