The Dog House Demo

The Dog House review: the game format

The Dog House uses five reels, three rows and 20 paylines. Wilds on the middle three reels carry multipliers, making their participation in a winning line relevant to the payout. A wild outside a particular line should not automatically be counted as a multiplier for that line.

Count the bonus symbols and selected rounds

Bonus symbols occur on reels one, three and five. Three trigger the free-spin round. Before that round a three-by-three selection reveals one, two or three spins per cell; adding all nine cells sets the allowance. Wilds then stick on reels two, three and four for the round. Bonus symbols are absent from the free-spin reel strips, so this version does not retrigger the feature. The sticky positions and their multiplier values are therefore more useful to follow than the dog theme alone.

How the wild multipliers combine

The Dog House’s rules give wilds on reels two, three and four a 2x or 3x multiplier. Wilds on the same reel share the multiplier assigned to that reel. When more than one multiplied wild participates in a win, their multiplier values are combined according to the winning line; a wild that does not participate in that combination does not add its multiplier. In free spins, the stored wild and its multiplier stay for the remaining round.
