How the 200 free spins are released
The first 20 spins become claimable when the qualifying deposit is made. Another 20 become available at the same time on each of the next nine days. Each batch expires if it is not claimed within 24 hours.

Bonus cancellation, country clauses and verification

The terms base VIP status on account activity during the 90 calendar days before a withdrawal request and the deposit/withdrawal and bonus history. After a month without active betting, the status drops to the lowest level. Up to three withdrawal requests can be pending at once.
Processing, verification and deposit-turnover rules
The finance department states a processing window of 06:00–17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. Requests are worked through within three business days after submission and/or the previous withdrawal being paid, provided the required checks are complete. This is a processing term, not a guaranteed bank or wallet arrival time.

Shooting Range uses bullets obtained through challenges or the shop. The recorded rules allow an attempt when at least one bullet is available or enough coins can buy one. A successful hit triggers a random prize from the selected weapon’s prize list.

Sports welcome bonus: EUR headline and country conditions
The sports banner advertises a 100% match up to €100. The detailed terms specify a €200 cap for Germany, Norway, Finland, Switzerland and Austria, €150 for Italy, and €50 for Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Georgia and Azerbaijan. The banner does not identify a country, so the applicable account offer needs confirmation.
The minimum qualifying deposit is €20. Before the bonus is credited, the initial deposit must be wagered once on settled bets at odds of at least 1.50. The bonus can then be activated in the profile.
